Boundary, security and perimeter fencing
Powder-coated aluminum and welded steel perimeter fence for retail centres, medical and office campuses, schools, storage facilities and industrial yards. We match the specified height, picket spacing, finish and post schedule, and provide the shop drawings your architect or GC needs for approval.
Where security is the driver we add anti-climb spacing, spear tops, heavier gauge posts and access-controlled entry points.

Screening walls and dumpster enclosures
Most municipalities across the metroplex require solid masonry or precast screening around trash enclosures, mechanical equipment and loading areas. We build precast concrete screening walls that meet those ordinances, with steel gates sized so a truck can actually service the container without tearing the enclosure apart.
Gate frames are heavy welded steel with drop rods and cane bolts — not the light residential hardware that fails within a year on a commercial dumpster.

Yes. Send us the plans and specification section and we will return a line-item bid with submittals and lead times. We are comfortable working under a general contractor or directly with an owner or property manager.
Can you provide certificates of insurance and lien waivers?
Yes — general liability and workers compensation certificates naming your entity as required, plus conditional and unconditional lien waivers with each pay application.
Do you handle emergency and storm repairs?
We do. Damaged perimeter fence and access gates are a security and liability problem, so commercial repair calls get prioritised. Where we cannot make a permanent repair immediately, we secure the opening the same day.
Do you work with HOAs and developers?
