Tell Us How We Did
If we have built a fence, gate, deck or patio cover for you, we would like to hear about it — the good and the parts we could have done better.
Two Minutes
How was your experience with us?
Pick whichever is closer to the truth. Both go to the same place — a person at Grace Construction who reads them.
Share it publicly
A short public review is the single most useful thing a happy customer can do for a contractor our size. It tells the next homeowner in Alvarado or Burleson that we showed up, built it properly and cleaned up after ourselves.
- Takes about two minutes
- No account needed beyond the one you already have
- Mention the town and the type of work if you can
Tell us privately first
If any part of the job fell short — a gate that is not swinging right, a picket that has moved, stain that did not go on evenly, or just a call we did not return — we would rather hear it directly and come fix it.
- Goes straight to the owner, not a call centre
- We will come back out and look at it
- No charge to be told we got something wrong
What Helps
What makes a review actually useful
If you are not sure what to write, any one of these is worth more than a line of praise.
Where and what
The town and the job — “cedar privacy fence in Joshua” tells a future customer far more than “great work”.
How it ran
Did we turn up when we said, keep you posted, and finish on the day we promised?
The finish
Post depth, gate hardware, how the site was left. The details other contractors skip are the ones worth naming.
The crew
If someone on the crew went out of their way, say so — it gets back to them.
How it has held up
Reviews written a year on are the most valuable of all. Cedar moves; tell people how yours has aged.
What we fixed
If something went wrong and we put it right, that is worth telling. No job runs perfectly every time.
Customer Reviews
What our customers say
We are collecting reviews from recent customers and will publish them here as they come in. We would rather show a short honest list than a long invented one — so this space stays empty until there is something real to put in it.
If Grace Construction has done work for you, we would be grateful for a few lines.
Why It Matters
We would rather earn it than buy it
Plenty of contractor sites open with a wall of five-star quotes and a rating that never moves. Ours does not, because we have not asked for enough reviews yet to show a number that means anything.
What we can point at instead is the work itself: the gallery, the way we set posts and handle the parts you never see, and the fact that when something we built fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it.
When the reviews are here, they will be real ones.
