Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The on-site measure, the material walk-through and the written proposal cost nothing and carry no obligation. We would rather give you an honest number and lose the job than win it on a figure we cannot hold.
Do I need to be home for the measure?
It helps but it is not always essential. For fence work with clear access we can often measure and send the proposal without you there. For decks, covers and outdoor kitchens we really do want to walk the space with you, because those decisions are best made standing in the spot.
What areas do you serve?
Alvarado, Burleson, Cleburne, Joshua, Mansfield, Midlothian, Waxahachie, Crowley, Grandview and south Fort Worth, plus the surrounding Johnson, Tarrant and Ellis county acreage. We travel further for ranch and commercial work — call and ask.
Do you take on small repairs?
Yes. Post resets, a leaning section, a gate that has dropped, storm damage. Small jobs are how a lot of long relationships start, and being fifteen minutes from most of Johnson County is what makes them practical for us.
